Deposit conditions

Your reservation will be fixed upon receipt of a 30% deposit of the total agreed package price up to 6 weeks before arrival.

Your Harley Time reservation becomes fixed upon receipt of a 100% deposit by July 15.

General terms and conditions

Your room will be available from 3 p.m. at the latest on the day of arrival.

You are welcome to use our pool until 6 p.m. on your departure day.

On the day of departure, your room is available until 11 a.m.

Cancelation terms

The accommodation contract may be canceled by unilateral declaration of the contracting party without payment of a cancelation fee no later than 3 months before the guest's agreed arrival date.

Outside the specified period, cancelation by unilateral declaration by the party is possible only upon payment of the following cancelation fees:

up to 1 month before the day of arrival: 40% of the total package price

up to 1 week before the arrival date: 70% of the total package price

in the last week before the day of arrival: 90% of the total package price

In all other respects, the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (ÖHVB) apply.
